Rename English Name Announcement

Ⅰ, Description of rename

Due to company is in needs of the development, and approved by the SAIC of China, our company's new English name "SPRING LIGHTING GROUP LIMITED" will be instead of the original "SPRING - LIGHTING ELECTRONICS CO., LIMITED"

All kinds of formalities of registration and change have been completed before December 30, 2017. "SPRING LIGHITNG GROUP LIMITED" will enable to be carried out, and the original company English name will not be used from 1st Jan. 2018.

Ⅱ, Cause of rename

　　Order to adjust and upgrade of the company's industrial structures, fully unequivocal the strategic objectives of the company's business development.

Ⅲ, Other instructions

The rename involves only company's English name, not involves the business scope, will not affect the company's overall business structure functions of the operating policies and the cooperation.

All of the business, assets, all rights and obligations shall be borne by the new English name, and the original English name is temporarily extended, the contracts being fulfilled, company's Chinese name, business address, contact information are still in effect.
